Jeff Henchen is the owner and operator of Landmark Builders. He was born in Greece and has lived in the Rochester area all his life. He currently lives in Spencerport with his wife and two children.
He started working for a remodeling company when he was 18 years old, where he gained lots of experience in all types of remodeling jobs. This led him to start his first business in 1997, which focused on home siding and remodeling projects. After about 6 years, with one custom-built home under his belt (his first residence completed in 2001), he started Landmark Builders, which became an LLC in 2004. Since then he has built several custom homes, and continues to do both large and small remodeling jobs.
The philosophy that has led to Landmark’s success is a focus on customer satisfaction. Jeff maintains close relationships with his material vendors, thus ensuring the best product at the lowest price. In addition, there is no material markup passed on to the customer. His attention to detail, courteous staff, and quality work are reflected in the end product. Jobs are completed on time, the customer’s expectations are frequently surpassed, and he’s been known to surprise clients with extras thrown in at no charge.
